Acupuncture is a health system which originated in China thousands of years ago. It views pain and illness as a sign that the body is out of balance. The overall aim of acupuncture treatment is to help restore this balance.

Due to the gentle nature of Acupuncture, it is suitable for all ages from babies to the elderly. Each treatment is unique which means it is designed solely for you.

Our experience of western medicine needles sometimes create concern when considering acupuncture as a treatment, however, the needles used in western medicine are completely different to the needles used in acupuncture. Acupuncture needles are very fine, like a strand of hair and solid, not hollow, like western needles are. This means that they are virtually painless.

Acupuncture Care is located in Crowthorne and serves surrounding areas including Ascot, Bracknell, Sandhurst, Yately and Binfield.
